Our Story

SOHO Plumbing & Mechanical is the result of a powerful partnership between two long-time friends, Scott Aceto and Ryan Scarfo. Recognizing a distinct gap in the local market for truly reliable, highly professional mechanical services, they joined forces to elevate the standard of plumbing and HVAC care in Rhode Island. Scott brings to the table a wealth of knowledge from running a successful real estate brokerage, development, and property management company, deeply understanding exactly what property owners need and expect. Ryan complements this with decades of hands-on, high-level experience in complex plumbing and mechanical systems. Together, they have built a fully licensed and insured company rooted in unwavering trust, exceptional craftsmanship, and a shared vision for uncompromising quality. Today, SOHO stands as a beacon of reliability, dedicated to providing homeowners and property managers with seamless, top-tier service on every single call.
